About the role

The FM Program Manager will lead and implement facility management programs that support business objectives and budgetary constraints. Based in Qassim, this role oversees daily operations, vendor relationships, and sustainability initiatives across the organization’s facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and implement facility management programs aligned with business goals and budgets.
• Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance of systems and infrastructure.
• Manage relationships with vendors to ensure quality service and cost‑efficiency.
• Prepare and manage the facility management budget, identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and environmental laws.
• Lead and manage facility projects, ensuring timely and budget‑compliant completion.
• Drive sustainability initiatives, such as energy efficiency and waste reduction.
• Manage and develop the facility management team for high performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in facility management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent project management abilities, with experience overseeing complex projects.
