Food and Beverage Supervisor

About the role

Red Sea Global Hospitality is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the overall F&B operations of its resort. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving team performance and ensuring smooth service across restaurants and room service.

Key responsibilities

• Encourage guest satisfaction by fostering a positive team environment and delivering prompt, courteous service.
• Supervise the timely and courteous delivery of all food and beverage orders in restaurants and room service.
• Assist with serving, seating, and effective communication with the kitchen to ensure guest needs are met.
• Open and close shifts in accordance with the manager’s checklist and maintain accurate shift records.
• Train staff, uphold Red Sea Global Hospitality service standards and maintain proper grooming and uniform.
• Perform revenue and check control procedures correctly during the shift.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment for employees and guests.
• Utilise tools such as schedules, floor plans, reservations and checks to manage shifts and address issues like call‑outs or last‑minute bookings.
• Remain on the floor during the shift to guarantee adequate coverage and high‑quality product service.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising food and beverage operations in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to motivate and train team members and maintain service standards.
• Strong organisational skills for shift management and problem solving.
• Attention to detail in cleanliness, grooming and uniform compliance.
• Capability to perform revenue and check control procedures accurately.
