Food & Beverage Attendant – Hotel Service

About the role

Join a leading international hotel brand as a Food & Beverage Attendant, delivering high‑quality service to guests in a luxury outlet. You will be the front‑line ambassador, ensuring every dining experience meets the brand’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverage according to the hotel’s performance manual.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu to advise and upsell guests.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
• Prepare the outlet for service and supervise smooth operations.
• Lead and train the service team, ensuring all duties meet standards.
• Manage inventory, record beverage stock and minimise waste.
• Apply upselling techniques to exceed guest expectations and drive revenue.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Business‑related degree or equivalent.
• Experience with learning and development methods.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, diverse setting.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organisational skills, result‑oriented and self‑motivated.
