Food & Beverage Coordinator (Saudi National)

About the role

The Food & Beverage Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for guests and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of reservations, inquiries, and documentation. This full‑time, non‑management position is based on Ummahat Island, Red Sea, and supports the high standards of Marriott International and St. Regis Hotels & Resorts.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest questions and requests via phone and email, maintaining a professional tone.
• Enter, update, and retrieve data in computer databases and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
• Operate standard office equipment, transmit information by mail or fax, and proofread documents for accuracy.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and uphold uniform and appearance standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Develop positive relationships with colleagues across departments and support team goals.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management.
• Perform light physical tasks such as moving objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required skills

• Experience using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Basic computer literacy for database entry and email communication.
