Food & Beverage Supervisor – AlUla

About the role

Accor Plus is looking for a dynamic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join its team in the historic city of AlUla, Saudi Arabia. You will be a key member of the F&B operations, responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences while overseeing daily outlet activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations of food and beverage outlets to ensure high service standards.
• Manage, motivate and schedule the F&B team, providing training and performance support.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to guarantee smooth service flow.
• Monitor inventory levels, maintain cleanliness, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Implement quality control measures for food and beverage service.
• Assist in menu planning and pricing strategies to maximise revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Promote AlUla’s cultural and tourism highlights in guest interactions.
• Participate in special events and promotions to enhance the overall guest experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Guest‑oriented mindset with excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving capability and attention to detail.
