Food & Beverage Supervisor – Luxury Resort

About the role

Fairmont The Red Sea is looking for a dynamic Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily operations across all dining outlets at our luxury resort in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. You will ensure exceptional service standards, drive operational efficiency, and contribute to memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage F&B staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain consistent service quality and operational standards across all outlets.
• Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and implement profitability strategies.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Address guest concerns promptly and resolve issues professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams during peak periods.
• Conduct staff training programs to enhance service skills and product knowledge.
• Analyze operational metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Manage reservations, special events, and customized dining experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years supervisory or management experience in food and beverage operations within a hospitality setting.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, menu planning, and service standards.
• Excellent communication and customer‑focused approach.
• Ability to work flexible hours in a high‑pressure environment.
