Food Service Sales Manager

About the role

Food World is seeking a dynamic Food Service Sales Manager to lead and expand its sales channels across the food service sector in Saudi Arabia. Based in Jeddah, you will be responsible for driving growth with cafés, restaurants, hotels and other institutional clients while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the food service market.
• Manage and grow existing key accounts, building long‑term relationships.
• Develop and execute sales plans that align with company revenue targets.
• Collaborate with product, pricing and quality teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Track sales performance, prepare forecasts and regular reports.
• Provide market intelligence on trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Coach and guide sales team members and work with marketing on promotional activities.

Required profile

• Proven background in food service sales, preferably with cafés, restaurants or hotels.
• Experience in sales management, pipeline development, negotiation and closing deals.
• Strong business‑planning skills, including target setting, budgeting and performance analysis.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Jeddah and travel locally as needed.
• Fluent English communication and presentation; Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
