Forex Country Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

As the Forex Country Manager for Saudi Arabia, you will lead the expansion of DB Investing’s presence in the Saudi market. You will be responsible for driving business growth, acquiring high‑net‑worth and institutional clients, and managing a local sales and partnership team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement market‑expansion strategies to increase DB Investing’s market share in Saudi Arabia.
• Lead sales initiatives, acquire new clients, and build relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals and institutional investors.
• Leverage existing contacts and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs) to strengthen market penetration.
• Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Build and manage a high‑performing local sales and business development team.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
• Represent DB Investing at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand awareness.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with another forex broker.
• Deep understanding of forex trading, financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong network of clients and Introducing Brokers (IBs) in the region.
• Proven track record in business development and achieving revenue targets.
• Leadership experience with the ability to build and motivate a team.
• Based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and willing to work from the office.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
