FortiNet Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced FortiNet Engineer to design, implement, and maintain Fortinet security solutions across our infrastructure. The role ensures high availability, optimal performance, and seamless integration of Fortinet platforms with existing security tools.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and administer FortiAuthenticator, FortiEDR, FortiClient EMS/VPN, FortiWeb WAF, FortiMail, and FortiSandbox.
• Manage SSO, MFA, VPN access, endpoint, email, and web‑application security solutions.
• Monitor security alerts, investigate incidents, and support incident‑response activities.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, health checks, backups, and performance tuning.
• Integrate Fortinet products with Active Directory, LDAP, SIEM, and other security platforms.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience with Fortinet security technologies.
• Strong knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, routing, authentication protocols, and VPN technologies.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot connectivity, authentication, and security‑related issues.
