About the role

The Founding Head of Marketing & Enrollment Growth will shape and execute the brand and growth strategy for a new educational institution. Reporting to senior leadership, this role combines brand development, digital lead generation, and cross‑functional collaboration to meet enrolment and revenue targets across multiple international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive brand strategy, ensuring strong identity and market positioning.
• Develop annual marketing plans and campaign calendars aligned with enrolment goals.
• Design and launch multi‑channel campaigns driven by customer insights, creative messaging, and optimal channel mix.
• Own the institution’s website and digital presence, integrating lead‑generation initiatives.
• Partner with student recruitment teams to meet lead and enrolment targets.
• Continuously improve marketing performance through reporting, automation, analytics, and optimization.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing marketing team as the function scales.
• Collaborate with academic, admissions, and external partners to ensure consistent, conversion‑focused messaging.
• Manage external vendors, media agencies, and recruitment partners.
• Develop and control the marketing budget, delivering measurable ROI.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing B2C growth strategies for education or similar sectors.
• Experience launching and scaling a brand in competitive, international markets.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
