Founding Sales – Saudi Arabia

About the role

Alan is looking for its first sales professional in Saudi Arabia to build the commercial practice from the ground up. You will be the face of Alan in the Kingdom, defining the sales strategy, target market, and relationship model with companies that want to provide a premium health experience for their employees.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle – prospecting, discovery, demos, proposal creation, and closing.
• Develop and execute a go‑to‑market plan targeting HR Directors, CFOs, and C‑level leaders.
• Educate prospects on Alan’s integrated prevention‑insurance‑care solution and deliver compelling product demonstrations.
• Onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to active member.
• Gather market intelligence and feedback to shape product and sales strategy for the Saudi market.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in health, insurance, or SaaS environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building sales processes from scratch.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with senior decision‑makers.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast‑moving startup environment.

Required skills

• Experience with consultative selling methodologies.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
