Freelance Senior Copywriter (English/Arabic) – 2‑3 month project

About the role

Monks is seeking a Freelance Senior Copywriter to join its creative team for a two‑to‑three‑month project based in the client’s office in Riyadh. You will craft compelling copy across digital channels while mentoring junior writers.

Key responsibilities

• Write clear, persuasive, original copy for social media, newsletters, websites, ads, and email campaigns.
• Lead development and adaptation of content based on briefs, user insights, and market analysis.
• Create and oversee social video scripts, blogs, and email newsletters.
• Establish and refine brand voice and tone guidelines.
• Proofread and edit copy, providing feedback to maintain high quality.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of copywriting experience, especially in digital or social media.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong writing and editing skills.
• Deep knowledge of social media platforms and audience engagement strategies.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent grammar, punctuation, and brand consistency.
• Passion for mentorship and building lasting client relationships.
