About the role
We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check‑in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, check‑in, respond to requests and settle accounts while delivering exceptional service.
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience for each guest.
- Promote hotel facilities and seek up‑selling opportunities to enhance the guest’s stay.
Required profile
- Saudi nationals only; open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience.
- Basic English proficiency.
- Strong passion for the hospitality field and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player willing to assist co‑workers and work a flexible roster.
