Front Office Agent – Hotel Reception

About the role

The Front Office Agent is responsible for welcoming guests, handling check‑in and check‑out procedures, and managing guest requests to ensure a smooth and professional experience in line with hotel standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests professionally, ensuring a warm first impression.
• Handle check‑in and check‑out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with prompt resolution.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Maintain accurate guest records and billing information in the property management system.
• Consistently uphold high standards of guest service throughout the stay.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in front office or reception within a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a professional appearance.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a guest‑focused approach.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
