Front Office Manager – Hyatt Place AlUla

About the role

Grand Hyatt is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the pre‑opening and launch of the new Hyatt Place AlUla hotel. This position will be pivotal in shaping guest experiences, driving revenue through upselling, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a brand‑new property that will host 214 rooms, dining venues, meeting spaces, a pool and a fitness centre.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the set‑up of front‑office systems, processes and brand standards before opening.
• Maintain consistently high guest satisfaction scores and service quality.
• Design and execute upselling initiatives to maximize room revenue and ancillary income.
• Manage staffing levels, productivity and cost controls for the front‑office team.
• Coach, develop and motivate front‑office staff to achieve performance targets.
• Collaborate closely with Rooms, Housekeeping and Revenue teams to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a front‑office leadership role (pre‑opening experience is a plus).
• Proven record of excellent customer‑service scores and revenue‑driving results.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in cost and productivity management.
• Excellent problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
• Current residence in Saudi Arabia and legal eligibility to work in the Kingdom.
