Fulfillment Center Supervisor

About the role

Join Amazon Operations as a Fulfillment Center Supervisor and lead shift management in a first‑mile, middle‑mile, or final‑mile facility. You will ensure safe, efficient order fulfillment while supporting a dynamic team of Associates.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities.
• Manage, coach, and train Associates to deliver high‑quality service.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled according to quality and safety standards.
• Provide shift‑related information to frontline management and operators.
• Adjust labor allocation throughout the shift to meet or exceed plans and forecasts.
• Collaborate with support functions to address performance issues such as process readiness, 5S, safety, and training.
• Analyze data, innovate, and optimize processes to solve logistics and supply‑chain challenges.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lift up to 49 lb, stand/walk for up to 12 hours, and perform frequent physical tasks (push, pull, squat, bend, reach).
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week with overtime as needed.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques (preferred)
