Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to design, build and maintain modern web applications. The role involves both frontend and backend development, ensuring high performance, scalability and security.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, user‑friendly web applications using React and Next.js.
• Build reusable UI components and apply modern state‑management practices.
• Design and implement backend services and REST APIs with Python.
• Design, optimise, and maintain relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Optimise performance across frontend, backend, and database layers.
• Write automated tests, participate in code reviews and ensure code quality.
• Collaborate using Git workflows and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, production‑ready features.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile environment.
