Full Stack Flutter Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Full‑Stack Engineer with deep expertise in Flutter to join a fast‑growing startup that creates digital solutions for the construction industry. You will primarily drive mobile app development while also shaping the backend services that power those apps.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain cross‑platform mobile applications using Flutter/Dart, turning complex UI/UX designs into responsive interfaces.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable backend services, databases, and server‑side logic.
• Create robust RESTful, WebSocket, or GraphQL APIs to ensure seamless data synchronization.
• Debug, profile, and improve performance of both mobile UI rendering and backend queries.
• Maintain clean, well‑documented architecture across the full stack.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers to make architectural decisions as the product scales.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience delivering production‑ready Flutter apps to the App Store and Google Play.
• Strong background in building server‑side applications with modern technologies.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment with evolving scopes.
