Full Stack Software Engineer - AI-First (Java, Angular)

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who embraces an AI‑first development mindset. The role is fully remote and focuses on building high‑scale, secure applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular and TypeScript, while leveraging AI coding agents to boost productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack features across backend (Java, Spring Boot) and frontend (Angular, TypeScript).
• Collaborate with product managers to define priorities and shape product decisions.
• Integrate AI‑assisted tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) into the development workflow and validate generated code.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery, including cloud infrastructure, deployment, and ongoing improvements.
• Apply modern security practices to protect sensitive compliance data.
• Contribute to a low‑meeting, high‑ownership engineering culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional software engineering experience delivering production‑grade applications.
• Comfortable working across both backend and frontend layers.
• Strong interest or experience with AI‑assisted development and prompt engineering.
• Ability to critically evaluate AI‑generated code for accuracy and security.
