Full Stack Software Engineer – AI-First (Remote)

About the role

Join an autonomous engineering team building high‑scale, AI‑first software that automates complex global work compliance. You will own end‑to‑end product development, shaping solutions together with product managers while leveraging modern AI coding agents.

Key responsibilities

• Own product development within an autonomous engineering team, collaborating closely with Product Managers to define priorities and solutions.
• Develop and maintain full‑stack applications using Java and Spring Boot on the backend and Angular and TypeScript on the frontend.
• Use AI‑powered development tools and agentic workflows to accelerate coding, testing, and delivery while maintaining high engineering standards.
• Critically review AI‑generated code, validating functionality, architecture, scalability, maintainability, and security.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of software delivery, from system design and implementation through cloud infrastructure and deployment.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with full‑stack development.
• Strong background in object‑oriented backend development, particularly Java and Spring Boot.
• Proficient in frontend development with Angular and TypeScript.
• Experience or strong interest in using AI coding assistants and prompt‑driven engineering workflows.
• Ability to critically assess AI‑generated code and ensure production‑ready quality.
