Full-Time Accountant – Riyadh (Urgent Hiring)

About the role

Impact Arabia for Building Solutions is seeking a qualified Full‑Time Accountant to join its Riyadh office on an urgent basis. You will be responsible for managing the complete accounting cycle, ensuring compliance with Saudi tax regulations, and supporting the commercial team.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily accounting transactions and post journal entries.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, including collections and supplier payments.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Produce monthly financial reports covering sales, expenses, and profit & loss.
• Oversee inventory accounting and calculate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
• Prepare and submit VAT returns and handle ZATCA, Zakat, and Saudi tax compliance.
• Ensure compliance with MISA requirements for foreign‑investment companies.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Support payroll processing and other financial obligations.
• Coordinate with sales teams on quotations, purchase orders, invoicing, and collections.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Previous accounting experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of VAT, ZATCA, Zakat, and Saudi tax regulations.
• Familiarity with MISA and foreign‑investment company compliance.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and organization.
• Experience in trading, building materials, construction, or contracting is preferred.
• Immediate availability or ability to join on short notice.
