About the role
The Jeddah EDITION is seeking a full‑time Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests in a luxury hotel environment. The role involves interacting with guests, handling orders, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests.
- Set tables according to event type and service standards.
- Answer menu questions and communicate special dietary needs to the kitchen.
- Record transactions in the MICROS POS system.
- Check guest satisfaction throughout the service.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, and glassware.
- Complete closing duties, including restocking and securing the venue.
- Present accurate checks and process payments.
- Follow all safety, security, and uniform policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related food and beverage service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the MICROS point‑of‑sale system.
