General Manager - Car Rental

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, visionary General Manager to lead our growing car rental business in Riyadh. The role demands strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth within the car rental sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to increase market share, drive growth, and maximize profitability.
• Oversee daily operations including fleet management, logistics, customer service, vehicle maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and enhance the performance of cross‑functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, key partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure effective cost‑control measures.
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities to strengthen the company’s competitive position.
• Ensure adherence to Saudi regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 13 years of senior leadership experience within the car rental industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi automotive market, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial management, strategic planning, business development, and operational leadership.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field.
