General Manager – Commercial (Jeddah)

About the role

We are looking for a General Manager – Commercial to lead the full commercial function for our Jeddah region. The role oversees sales, marketing and solution design, driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base while safeguarding the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial and sales strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Identify market opportunities, acquire new business and build a robust prospect database.
• Conduct field sales activities, visit customers regularly and serve as the primary contact for major accounts.
• Achieve and exceed regional sales targets and profitability goals.
• Monitor sales pipeline, forecast accurately and report to senior management.
• Maintain and grow key account relationships, ensuring profitability and expansion.
• Design and implement regional marketing initiatives to raise brand awareness.
• Track competitor activity and market trends, adjusting positioning as needed.
• Collaborate with operations, customer service, product, finance and innovation teams to deliver seamless logistics solutions.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing commercial team.
• Participate in corporate strategy and cross‑regional commercial projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading commercial functions in logistics or transportation.
