General Manager / Country Manager

About the role

The client, a multinational B2B company, seeks a General Manager/Country Manager to lead its operations across the Gulf region. This senior role combines strategic oversight, commercial negotiation and operational control to drive growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Contract management and operational & financial control.
• Commercial negotiation and service delivery to major industrial clients.
• Drive business growth across the Gulf region and ensure P&L accountability.
• Monitor local market trends, competitor activities and evolving client needs.
• Represent the company in Saudi Arabia and the broader Gulf market.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in complex B2B environments.
• Proven experience in the Gulf region with deep understanding of local business dynamics.
• Strong background in operations, managing industrial clients and P&L management.
• Ability to manage commercial, operational and financial aspects simultaneously.
• Outstanding negotiation, problem‑solving, decision‑making and team‑building skills.
• Fluent English.
