General Manager – Facility Management

About the role

Elite Pro FM is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead its total facility management (TFM) business across commercial, residential and specialized sectors in Saudi Arabia. The role combines strategic, operational and commercial leadership to drive growth, secure high‑value contracts and ensure flawless project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to capture tier‑one commercial contracts and major institutional clients.
• Define the company’s strategic roadmap, maximizing profitability and shareholder value.
• Oversee mobilization, operational readiness and high‑quality TFM project delivery for new and existing accounts.
• Manage joint‑venture partnerships and international protocols to strengthen bidding capabilities.
• Own the corporate budget, P&L, financial forecasting and commercial structuring of major proposals.
• Report revenue pipelines, strategic updates and performance metrics directly to the Board of Directors.
• Build and mentor high‑performing commercial, technical and business‑development teams to meet corporate KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of progressive senior leadership experience in the Facility Management industry, with proven commercial growth in the KSA market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field; MBA or senior FM certifications are a plus.
