General Manager – Hotel Operations

About the role

The General Manager will lead the overall operation of the hotel at Millennium Madinah Airport, driving performance, profitability and guest satisfaction while ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor financial and operational plans, create annual budgets and recommend capital improvements.
• Oversee delivery of superior guest services, manage complaints, maintain product quality and service standards.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs and optimise use of banquet/outlet spaces and other revenue streams.
• Lead marketing, yield management and sales initiatives to maximise RevPAR, occupancy and overall revenue.
• Collaborate with regional corporate office, liaise with government authorities and maintain community relationships.
• Drive colleague development, human‑resource functions and ensure a safe, environmentally‑friendly workplace.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior hotel management with a focus on financial performance and guest service excellence.
• Strong leadership skills to foster a positive work environment and mentor staff.
• Ability to work with government bodies, corporate partners and community stakeholders.
