General Manager

About the role

The General Manager will lead day‑to‑day operations for YALJ Group’s real estate and agriculture business units in Al Qaseem, Saudi Arabia. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure that all activities align with the Group’s strategic objectives and sustainability commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance across real estate and agricultural units, monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, control costs, and support P&L accountability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop cross‑functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Implement policies and procedures that promote safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with senior executives on long‑term strategic planning and growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the company in forums as required.

Required profile

• Proven senior management experience, preferably in real estate, agriculture, or related sectors.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency highly beneficial.
• High ethical standards, integrity, and a commitment to sustainable practices.
