General Manager

About the role

My client seeks an experienced General Manager to lead and grow the KSA business, reporting directly to the Group CEO. The role carries full P&L ownership, strategic leadership, and operational oversight across the project portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Full P&L accountability and strategic leadership of the KSA business, driving revenue growth, profitability and operational excellence.
• Executive oversight of the entire project portfolio – delivery, budgets, schedules, quality and commercial performance.
• Business development and market expansion – client relationships, tendering strategy, and strategic partnerships across the KSA construction & contracting sector.
• Building scalable governance frameworks, organizational capability, and management systems to support growth.
• Leading multidisciplinary teams across Projects, Finance, Commercial, Procurement and HR.

Required profile

• 20–25 years' experience in construction, project management/contracting and business operations.
• Minimum 10 years in a senior executive or country‑level leadership role.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale project portfolios and multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field; PMP or equivalent highly preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
