General Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

3t / GTSC is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead its Saudi Arabia operations from Dammam. You will own the full P&L, drive profitable growth, and shape the future of one of the region’s leading training and workforce development businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Take full P&L responsibility for the KSA business and deliver sustainable, profitable growth.
• Develop and execute a business strategy aligned with corporate objectives and market opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government bodies, partners and regulatory authorities.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across training centre operations.
• Lead, develop and inspire a high‑performing, multicultural team while supporting localisation and Saudization goals.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand into additional industrial sectors.

Required profile

• Senior business leader with experience in training, learning, workforce development or related sectors.
• Proven track record of commercial growth and P&L ownership.
• Strong financial, operational and strategic leadership capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of the Saudi market, including regulatory and accreditation environments.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are strongly preferred.
