General Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

Ten Lifestyle Group is seeking a General Manager to lead its Saudi Arabia and Middle East operations. The role focuses on driving commercial growth, operational excellence, and high‑quality service delivery while fostering a high‑performing leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Hold end‑to‑end accountability for service delivery and operational performance across the country.
• Oversee all delivery locations, ensuring seamless, compliant, and effective cross‑location service.
• Collaborate with Service Operations, Technology, and Proposition teams to keep service models fit for current and future client needs.
• Lead response to material service risks, issues, or failures, ensuring rapid resolution and sustainable corrective actions.
• Balance service excellence with commercial performance, meeting client satisfaction targets such as NPS and CSAT.
• Work closely with Finance, People, and other functions to implement market‑specific growth strategies aligned with Ten’s global vision.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years (84 months) of senior operational leadership experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or concierge services.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable commercial impact and operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian and broader Middle‑East market dynamics.
• Ability to inspire, develop, and manage a high‑performing leadership team.
