General Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

Exquitech is looking for a results‑driven General Manager to lead its Saudi Arabian operations and accelerate revenue growth. This senior position combines country‑wide sales leadership with full responsibility for commercial performance, partner relationships and P&L accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve Saudi Arabia revenue, gross‑margin and sales targets.
• Identify, negotiate and close strategic enterprise opportunities across public and private sectors.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM discipline.
• Expand Exquitech’s footprint in enterprise, government, semi‑government and strategic private organisations.
• Drive growth of Microsoft Cloud, Azure, Security, Data & AI, Dynamics 365, Managed Services and professional services.
• Develop executive relationships with Microsoft Saudi Arabia and other strategic technology partners, co‑selling and joint go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Represent Exquitech as the senior leader in Saudi Arabia, overseeing customer relationships, market presence and team performance.
• Coordinate with regional leadership, solutions, consulting, technical, PMO, finance and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Recruit, develop and retain the Saudi team as the business scales.

Required profile

• Proven “hunter” with a strong network in the Saudi market.
• Demonstrated ability to engage C‑level decision makers and close large enterprise deals.
• Experience leading a commercial team and managing P&L for a country operation.
• Strong partnership management skills, especially with Microsoft or similar technology vendors.
