General Manager – Specialty Coffee & F&B

About the role

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the overall business operations and growth of an established specialty coffee and F&B business in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the Saudi F&B market, excellent commercial and sales capabilities, and a well‑established network across the industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
• Drive sales, business development, partnerships, and market expansion across multiple stores.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, monitor KPIs, and ensure consistent brand standards and customer experience.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities such as new stores, catering, corporate sales, and strategic partnerships.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, resources and overall P&L performance while ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations and food safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, F&B Management or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in F&B, preferably in specialty coffee or café businesses, with a proven record in senior leadership roles.
• Extensive knowledge of the Saudi F&B market and a well‑established industry network.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑unit operations, large teams, and drive commercial growth.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
