General Project Manager

About the role

The General Project Manager will lead and coordinate all functional departments of the organization, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of projects across Saudi Arabia. This senior position reports directly to top management and is responsible for aligning operational activities with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee Management, Human Resources, Procurement, IT, Safety, Technical, Operations, Project Control, Finance, MEP, and Logistics departments.
• Drive productivity and efficiency on‑site and off‑site for all projects.
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
• Continuously improve company processes and enhance overall effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all project sites.
• Develop and implement new strategies to boost company success and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering and contracting.
• Proven ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong decision‑making and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
