Go Developer - AI & ML

About the role

We are seeking a Go Developer specialized in AI & ML to join a fully remote, international engineering team. The role focuses on building scalable, cloud‑native platforms that enable developers and businesses to deploy, manage and scale AI and machine‑learning workloads.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high‑performance Go services that power AI/ML components in a cloud environment.
• Implement concurrency patterns using goroutines and channels to optimise throughput.
• Build, test and optimise containerised applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Create and maintain Kubernetes Operators for machine‑learning workloads.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and other engineers to translate requirements into reliable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, refactoring and documentation to improve code quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across distributed cloud systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience, preferably with Go.
• Experience working with containerisation (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) in production.
• Hands‑on experience deploying machine‑learning solutions at scale.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote‑first, globally distributed team.
