Governance Specialist

About the role

2P Perfect Presentation is seeking an experienced Governance Specialist to strengthen its corporate governance framework across ICT and digital transformation initiatives. The role will ensure policies, procedures, and governance practices are aligned with Saudi regulations and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain corporate governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Support the Delegation of Authority (DoA) and governance matrices.
• Monitor implementation of governance requirements across departments and business units.
• Identify governance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct governance assessments, maturity reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish and track governance KPIs, preparing reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Maintain governance documentation, registers, and approval records.
• Provide advisory support to business units and coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, Legal, Cybersecurity, Finance, and IT functions.
• Promote governance awareness and a culture of accountability, transparency, and compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in governance, risk, compliance, or related ICT environments.
• Strong understanding of Saudi regulatory requirements and corporate governance best practices.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
