About the role
The Government Relations Officer (PRO) will manage government transactions and liaise with Saudi government platforms on behalf of the organization. This role is based in Jeddah and supports both Saudi nationals and expatriates.
Key responsibilities
- Handle employee and company government transactions such as Iqama/residency, visas, work permits, sponsorship transfers and renewals.
- Interact with Saudi government platforms including Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, Absher Business and the Chamber of Commerce.
Required profile
- Previous experience in Government Relations / PRO / Government Services.
- Fluent Arabic (speaking and writing) and working proficiency in English.
- Strong administration, coordination and follow‑up skills.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, Absher Business, Chamber of Commerce platforms.
