Graduate Engineer – Industrial Software Implementation

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a Graduate Engineer to join the AVEVA Operation Centre (AOC) team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. You will work on delivering and supporting software implementations for customers in the oil & gas and petrochemical sectors, covering AOC, Digital Twin and legacy Wonderware solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute service engagements, including implementation of standard and customised solutions, training, requirements gathering, analysis and software customisation.
• Provide product usage support and act as the primary technical point of contact for critical customers.
• Liaise with global teams for solution development, documentation, deployment and delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to customer satisfaction.
• Travel to customer sites as required and maintain ongoing technical relationship management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Prior hands‑on experience with AVEVA Operation Centre (AOC), Digital Twin and legacy Wonderware products.
• Willingness and ability to travel to customer locations.

Required skills

• Basic scripting/programming knowledge: PowerShell, SQL, JavaScript, C#.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with Windows Server features such as IIS and COM+.
