Graduate Position – Infrastructure Construction Supervision

About the role

We are looking for ambitious Saudi‑national graduates to join a landmark infrastructure construction supervision project in Riyadh. The position offers hands‑on experience on one of the Kingdom’s most significant infrastructure programmes while working alongside seasoned engineers and architects.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior engineers, architects and project managers in daily supervision activities.
• Review drawings, reports and technical documentation.
• Participate in site inspections, quality‑control and safety checks.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare reports, presentations and other project‑related documentation.
• Develop an understanding of construction supervision practices and industry standards.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Business, IT, HSE or related field.
• Saudi national in line with Saudisation requirements.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem‑solving abilities.
• Passion for infrastructure development and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, professional project environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
