Graduate Sales Program – On-site in Dammam

About the role

Beanz, a leading coffee‑tech platform, is launching a structured Graduate Sales Program in Dammam. The program offers recent graduates hands‑on experience in sales, business development, and strategic partnerships while supporting Beanz’s expansion across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new specialty coffee shops and cafés onto the Beanz platform.
• Build and nurture relationships with café owners and key decision‑makers under senior mentorship.
• Present Beanz’s value proposition and tailor partnership proposals to prospective partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and activation.
• Track pipeline activity, report on partner performance, and contribute to data‑driven insights.
• Participate in structured training sessions and regular mentorship check‑ins throughout the program.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (any discipline; Business, Marketing, or Hospitality a plus).
• Genuine passion for coffee culture and familiarity with the local café scene in Dammam.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self‑starter with a strong growth mindset.
• Valid driving licence.
• Fluency in Arabic; English fluency is a plus.
