Graphic Design Trainee – Full‑time (Tamheer)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Graphic Design Trainee to join Al Salama Hospital’s marketing team. This full‑time position is part of the Tamheer program and offers fresh graduates the chance to develop practical design skills for both print and digital media.

Key responsibilities

• Design print collateral such as brochures, flyers, and posters.
• Create digital brochures, presentations and static social‑media graphics for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Prepare basic print‑production files under supervision.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
• Support the marketing team with creative tasks and campaign assets.
• Stay up‑to‑date with current design trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia or a related field.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Understanding of layout, typography and colour theory.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills in English.
