Greenhouse Supervisor - Agriculture

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Greenhouse Supervisor to manage daily greenhouse operations, crop production, and overall farm activities in Riyadh.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily greenhouse operations and farming activities.
• Monitor crop growth, irrigation, fertigation, and plant health.
• Manage planting, harvesting, pruning, and other crop activities.
• Control greenhouse temperature, humidity, ventilation, and environmental conditions.
• Oversee maintenance of irrigation and greenhouse systems.
• Supervise farm workers and allocate daily tasks.
• Identify and report pests, diseases, and crop-related issues.
• Maintain production records and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in greenhouse farming or agricultural production.
• Hands‑on experience with greenhouse crops, irrigation, fertigation, and crop management.
• Experience supervising farm workers and daily operations.
• Good knowledge of pest and disease management.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Saudi/GCC agricultural experience preferred.
• English required; Arabic is an advantage.
