Greenhouse Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Greenhouse Supervisor to oversee daily greenhouse operations, crop production, and farm activities. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in greenhouse farming and strong knowledge of crop management.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily greenhouse operations and farming activities.
• Monitor crop growth, irrigation, fertilization, and plant health.
• Manage planting, harvesting, pruning, and other crop activities.
• Monitor greenhouse temperature, humidity, ventilation, and environmental conditions.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of irrigation and greenhouse systems.
• Supervise farm workers and allocate daily tasks.
• Identify and report pests, diseases, and crop‑related issues.
• Maintain production records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Ensure proper use of fertilizers, pesticides, tools, and equipment.
• Follow agricultural, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with farm management to achieve production targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in greenhouse farming or agricultural production.
• Hands‑on experience with greenhouse crops, irrigation, fertigation, and crop management.
• Experience supervising farm workers and daily operations.
• Good knowledge of pest and disease management.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Saudi/GCC agricultural experience is preferred.
• English required; Arabic is an advantage.
