Ground Operation Team Member

About the role

The Ground Operation Team Member supports daily last‑mile delivery operations by receiving, organizing, verifying and handing over orders to riders and drivers. Working in a busy hub, the role ensures that dispatches are smooth, timely and safe, while collaborating closely with supervisors, drivers, and warehouse teams.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, sort and verify incoming orders before assigning them to riders or drivers.
• Maintain an organized and safe hub environment, following all safety and security protocols.
• Coordinate with Ground Operation Supervisors, Order Care, Acquisition and warehouse teams to keep delivery flow efficient.
• Escalate operational issues promptly and support peak‑demand periods.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures during dispatch and hand‑over processes.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, delivery or operations.
• Experience coordinating with drivers or captains and enforcing SOPs.
• Knowledge of safety and security protocols in a logistics or aviation setting.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail, time‑management and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency, especially Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with logistics software platforms.
