Ground Operations Team Member

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Ground Operations Team Member to support our field network. In this position you will visit branches, interact with captains, and ensure that operational standards are consistently met across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily visits to stores and collection points to monitor performance.
• Train newly onboarded captains according to Ninja’s operational standards.
• Audit captain waiting areas and workspaces for safety and quality compliance.
• Track captain performance on delivery timelines, uniform compliance, form accuracy, and issue escalation.
• accompany captains on ground trips, record trip completion, and report improvement opportunities.
• Document and report any captain‑related issues to the appropriate supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or supply‑chain certification is a plus.
• Basic understanding of ground handling and logistics operations.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with logistics or related software.
