Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the role

The Group Chief Financial Officer will lead the financial strategy and governance for a fast‑growing family office and multi‑sector holding company. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape the financial architecture, drive sustainable growth, and ensure rigorous compliance across diverse business units.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization’s overall financial strategy aligned with long‑term objectives.
• Establish and maintain robust financial, operational, and risk controls across all subsidiaries.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance analytics.
• Lead capital structure decisions, investment strategies, and financing negotiations.
• Represent the group in complex financial partnerships and negotiations.
• Mentor and build a high‑performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including executive roles in family offices or multi‑sector holdings.
• Proven track record of aligning financial strategy with business goals and delivering value creation.
• Strong leadership and talent development capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills for board and stakeholder engagement.
