Group Managing Director – Logistics & Supply Chain

About the role

The Group Managing Director – Logistics & Supply Chain will provide strategic leadership for our global logistics and supply chain functions. Reporting to senior executive management, you will shape the vision, drive efficiency, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives across all regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a unified global logistics and supply chain strategy.
• Oversee transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment operations.
• Implement advanced analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of supply chain professionals.
• Establish strategic partnerships with vendors and suppliers to optimize cost, quality, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to ensure alignment with business goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of logistics or supply chain experience, including at least 10 years in senior leadership.
• Proven record of designing and implementing global supply chain strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making expertise.
• Extensive experience managing large budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change and navigate complex regulatory environments.
