Growth Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Manager to lead demand‑generation initiatives for Noon Business, our B2B marketplace in Riyadh. You will work directly with the Senior Manager, Growth to design, execute and optimise campaigns that acquire and retain enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise performance‑marketing campaigns across paid channels, including LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
• Conduct A/B testing, manage budgets and produce regular performance reports.
• Create B2B content such as case studies, ROI stories, industry newsletters and LinkedIn posts.
• Coordinate community and partnership activities, including trade events, webinars and co‑marketing with brand partners.
• Build and run email‑marketing flows: onboarding, re‑engagement, promotions and weekly updates.
• Track core growth metrics (CAC, conversion, activation, retention, channel ROI) and provide data‑driven insights.
• Support strategic projects like ABM campaigns, new‑segment expansion and channel experiments.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth or demand generation, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Hands‑on execution mindset – you will build and run campaigns yourself.
• Strong analytical orientation with comfort using Google Analytics and campaign dashboards.
• Self‑starter capable of working independently in a fast‑paced team.
