Guest Environment Expert – Housekeeping

About the role

Join the Ritz‑Carlton team as a Guest Environment Expert, delivering the renowned Gold Standards of service through meticulous housekeeping and guest‑focused support.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, stock carts, and ensure all supplies are readily available.
• Move throughout the property safely, performing physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and arranging items up to 50 lb.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Uphold professional uniform standards, personal appearance, and clear communication at all times.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing ≤ 50 lb without assistance.
• Commitment to safety, quality standards, and guest privacy.
• Non‑management, full‑time availability.
