Guest Hostess – Front Desk & Lobby Ambassador

About the role

Miraval The Red Sea is seeking a warm, professional Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests. You will create memorable first impressions and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience from arrival through check‑in.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with courtesy and professionalism upon arrival.
• Manage lobby traffic, directing guests to the appropriate areas.
• Coordinate arrivals and departures in partnership with the Front Office team.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the property and services.
• Maintain a tidy, inviting front‑desk and lobby environment.
• Assist with reservations, special requests, and VIP coordination.
• Support a seamless guest journey from entry to check‑in.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a front‑office or guest‑facing role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confident, presentable, and service‑oriented demeanor.
• Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced luxury hospitality setting.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
